Before you know it, it’s time to renew your season tickets for next year. We’re always looking for great family-oriented plays that we think our audiences will really enjoy. First, we have to enjoy them, if we are to believe that our patrons will. This is not always easy. We read many, many synopses of many, many plays and then order perusal copies to see if they are appropriate for everyone. Many we have to eliminate because of situational content and many because they just aren’t funny or can’t be made funny with the Georgia Mountain Players’ touch. Scores of you have stayed with us for many years and “we appreciate it”, so maybe we’re doing some- thing right. We hope so.

IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN – SEASON TICKETS FOR 2009

We’re celebrating by giving you a great line-up for next year. As always we’re going to do what we do
best, make you laugh ‘til you hurt. Another gift to you—NO PRICE INCREASE– still $40.00 for Seniors(60+), Students and Children and $55.00 for Adults.

As we enter our 16th year, we would like to thank you for your continued and unfailing support. We realize that without your continued renewals and generous donations, we would not exist.

Please take a moment to return your renewal form. If possible buy an extra set for someone you love very much. Tell them it’s a Happy Nothing’s Day Gift or a random act of kindness, everyone can always use laughter in their lives, and some great nights or afternoons out. If you or someone you know has been “trying for years to get tickets to SMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN ”, then buy a season ticket and lock in your seat for 2009.
